In this course students will explore the power of Pranayama & Mantra in self-practice and classes with Senior Lead Trainer Sannyasi Pragyadhara. The experience will be linked to yogic concepts related to the Subtle Body; Koshas, Nadis, Vayu, Prana. When we are being confronted with stress related symptoms like digestive disorders, chronic fatigue, burn out and depression, Pranayama and Mantra practices offer potent tools to balance the nervous system and contribute to overall wellbeing. Lifestyle applications are one of the take aways from this course.
The 30 hours course is designed for yoga teachers wanting to expand their tool kit and personal practice. It is also open to qualified health professionals.
